- Driving Motion for maximum efficiency
The Super Excel loom Driving mechanism is designed for maximum efficiency, running on an electric motor with 0.5HP to 1.0 HP at 960 RPM using 2 V belts. It can also run on Solar Panel and DC motors. Speed ranges from 110 to 140 RPM, depending on reed space and fabric quality.
- Smooth Picking
Unique center picking ensures smooth and uniform action for high-speed operation. Big cams made of S.G. material provides smooth picking without breakage, ensuring longer life for shuttles, pickers, and picking sticks.
- Take-Up motion
Pickle’s indirect and intermittent (7-wheel motion with 5 roll motion) take-up system ensures proper uniform tension.
- Let- Off motion for constant speed
The letting-off system, a frame type, maintains uniform warp tension and constant speed with super-sensitive and accurate tension control. It can run on large packages with beam flanges up to 20” dia.
