Driving Mechanism of Bullet Loom:
The Bullet loom’s driving mechanism is designed for maximum efficiency, ensuring smooth and economical transmission. It achieves high-speed production, capable of running up to 180 RPM (depending on reed space and fabric quality) without impacting weaving and machine parts.
Electronic Panel Control:
- The Bullet Shuttle loom operates on a computerized control system, featuring a push-button panel with Start, Stop, Reverse Inching, Forward Inching, and One Pick functions.
It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. 1. Clutch Break System

The Bullet Loom machine includes an RPM meter, allowing weavers to monitor the loom's speed on display. -

Weavers can track current meter production through a display on the Bullet loom. -
4.Cut length setting
The weaver can get the exact fabric length as per his requirement, such as 100 metres or 120 metres of the desired cut length rolling.

The shuttle loom machine displays information about which fabric pick is currently in progress. -
6. Looms Start Position
Looms can be started or stopped at a 180-degree position. -
7. Shift-Wise Production
The shuttle loom provides a 7-day backup of shift-wise production data for 2 or 3 shifts.
